Founded at the beginning of 2003, Medical Intubation Technology Corporation (MIT) spun off from Capsule Endoscope Developing Team in Chung Shan Institute of Science and Technology. In the beginning, Medical Intubation Technology Corporation (MIT) focused on medical intubation device. As MIT’s development strategy was revised to enter the industrial videoscope field and focus on high quality and high reliability videoscope in NDI (Non-Destructive Inspection) field. Currently, MIT’s industrial videoscope has been certified by European well-known vehicle brand like the AUDI, VW, SKODA and VOLVO as their original standard repairing tool and have accumulated more than 90 patents globally. Being the leading company of videoscope in the world is MIT’s goal. 2003年創立之始，醫電鼎眾股份有限公司前身為中山科學研究院膠囊內視鏡計畫執行團隊。初期專注於醫用插管內視鏡輔助裝置，因公司發展策略調整，先行進入工業用內視鏡檢測系統，並注重研發及設計提供高品質、高可靠度的內視鏡產品來做為在無損檢測(Non-Destructive Inspection; NDI)領域中專業及高品質的保證。目前工業用內視鏡檢測系統已通過歐洲汽車大廠的認證成為其原廠標準修護工具 並於國內外已累積超過90篇發明專利。並以做為全球內視鏡領導品牌 為企業目標，期望MIT(Medical Intubation Technology Corporation)的臺灣產品能行銷全世界。
