Some inspections require smaller than usual insertion probes for remote visual inspection. That can be the case for inspecting machining or casting parts and internal structures. An example of this might be checking the hollow areas of turbine blades in airplane engines. 

While these kinds of inspections might be rarer than others, Mitcorp has developed the 2.8mm insertion probe to give our users the necessary flexibility to tackle any challenge and fulfill their tasks efficiently.
