Mitcorps MX-Series provides maximum flexibility for a wide range of operations.
The MX500 is particularly useful for inspections, where smaller-sized insertion probes with high flexibility are needed, such as casting applications. It is modular designed and can adjust to your specific inspection needs.
There are various insertion probes available for the MX500. Diverse materials and articulation types (rigid, flexible, 2-way & 4-way articulation) and a small diameter of only 3.9mm are available. The shorter distal end or the option of spring-loaded camera heads for maximum movability ensures that you will find the best probe for your inspection with the MX500.
The MX500 uses rechargeable Li-Batteries that allow for 5 hours of operation before recharge. The console system is IP54 certified and can operate under the rain. The interchangeable insertion probes are IP67 certified and resistant to engine and transmission oil, brake fluid, unleaded gasoline, and diesel.
Videoscopes need to take sharp images even in demanding environments. Inspectors likewise need to operate in outside environments such as under bright sunlight. The MX500, therefore, offers features to make this demanding task more comfortable, such as an anti-glare screen.
The MX500 is controllable via USB, which allows you to share your footage on larger screens. The USB reader can also directly display your images and videos on computers and other devices.
